This is the time of year when colds and sniffles start to set in – the temperatures are changing and immune systems can reflect that.
If you’re in need of a bit of a boost, try juicing these items together for a great Vitamin C punch!
- Oranges
- Carrots
- Apples
- Ginger
If you have a juicer then you can just use that to make these ingredients into a smooth juice, but if not then you can always squeeze the orange juice from the skin and add small pieces of all the other ingredients into a blender.
Not only will it boost your immune system and help fight off colds, it tastes lovely as well!
