 Circuit Training

A 30-minute total body-conditioning workout consisting of a combination of upper and lower body exercises using light weights, kettle bells, medicine balls and your own body weight.

Step and Tone

Step and Tone is a fitness class that has a mix of step, upper body toning with core and ab work.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 21st August. In Ardee Enterprise Centre. 7/15pm. €7 per session.
