New Tai Chi course for beginners

We have a new six week Tai Chi course for beginners coming up!
It’s starting on Monday 7th November 2016 and runs through to Monday 12th December. Classes start at 7:15pm and end at 8pm each Monday, and it’s €50 for the six week course.
To enrol on the course, just turn up on the first night, which is Monday 7th.
It will be Yang style Tai Chi, which is the most popular and widely practiced style, formed of fluid and slow movements. It helps you to relax and to become aware of the energy flow in your body, with a focus on relaxation.
Here are just a few of the potential benefits of Tai Chi:
