The benefits of Yoga

Yoga Fit is a great class for those of you who want to benefit from the practice of yoga, but also want to get the heart pumping a little bit more.

Yoga focuses on the following areas:

  • Breathing
  • Concentration
  • Restraints
  • Absorption

It also carries several benefits, including:

  • Improved flexibility
  • Toning all parts of the body
  • Building muscle strength
  • Focus on breathing to help control your body and quit your mind
  • A sense of wellbeing
  • Reduced stress and anxiety

If you’d like to join the Yoga Fit class,  it’s just €7.50 per session. Classes are on Mondays from 10:30am to 11:30am at our Fitness Studio in the Ardee Enterprise Centre. Contact us for further information.
